What we are hiring for
Customer and community support. These are the roles closest to the people using Notable: answering the questions, running the onboarding conversations, keeping the community alive and useful, and carrying what you hear back to the team so the product gets better.
We hire when we meet the right person rather than when a job ad goes live, so there is no long form and no closing date. If you are good at this, get in touch.
Who we are looking for
- Working knowledge of SEO. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should know how search works and be able to hold a real conversation about it.
- You use AI platforms every day. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity. We want people who already lean on these tools and know how to get good work out of them.
- You genuinely like helping people. Support here is not ticket triage. It is helping ecommerce founders get their brand recommended by AI, and being the person they are glad to hear from.
How we work
Remote-first
The team works from wherever it works best. No commute, no office attendance, no pretending a desk makes the work better.
Four-day work week
Four days, properly. We would rather have you sharp for four than worn down over five.
A small team
Small on purpose. You will own real work from your first week and see exactly where it lands.
