About Notable

Notable is the AI search platform for ecommerce, built by the team at Team Empathy in New Zealand. We help stores get found where buyers actually look now: inside the answers from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, and in Google's organic results. Our goal is simple: to be the best e-commerce AI search tool in the world, to prepare your store for the future of agentic commerce.

Why we built it

Search changed. More buyers ask an AI assistant before they ever open Google, and the AI answers with a short list of brands. If you are not in that answer, you are invisible to them, and classic SEO never tells you whether you are.

We built Notable because measuring and winning AI visibility had no real tool, and because doing it by hand across five AI engines plus Google is a full-time job. It should be one system, not a pile of dashboards.

What Notable does

It runs the whole loop, connected, so visibility actually turns into growth:

Find. Scans ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, plus Search Console, to surface the exact questions your buyers ask and where you are invisible.
Create. Writes on-brand articles that answer those questions, grounded in your Brand Kit and real keyword research.
Publish. Ships them straight to Shopify or WordPress, on a schedule if you want, no copy-paste.
Measure. Recurring AI-visibility scans and rank tracking show the lift over time, with white-label reports for clients.

Most tools do one slice: track AI, or write content, or hand you SEO data. Notable connects all four.

The scope is wider than content. AI search has four pillars: technical, content, authority and measurement. We are building Notable to cover all four holistically, so the technical work and the authority work sit in the same system as the writing rather than in a separate tool. Some of that is in the platform today and some is on the roadmap, with our team covering the rest of the work while we build it in.

Who it's for

Ecommerce founders and their teams. Notable is delivered as a transformation first: we run your AI search buildout with you, calibrate the system to your brand, and ship the strategy together. Then the system is yours. You own the content, the strategy and the IP, and you keep the platform through your community membership, updated as the models change. It takes one to two hours a week on your side.
